Jess started her career in visual design, but quickly discovered she was just as interested in the thinking behind the work as the design itself. After building and leading a 40-person UX practice, she now brings that experience to shUX, helping teams align customer needs, business goals and experience design. A lifelong puzzle enthusiast who loves figuring out how the pieces fit together, Jess blends UX strategy, creative thinking and a healthy dose of curiosity to turn complex challenges into clear direction.

Morgan’s love for customer experience started on 5th Avenue, designing window displays and learning firsthand how thoughtful design can draw people in. That same instinct now shapes how she approaches UX: make it simple, make it trustworthy and remove what gets in the way. Her design preferences may be strictly black and white, but her approach to UX is anything but one-dimensional. She brings strategy, creative thinking and hands-on collaboration to turn complex challenges into experiences that just make sense.
