01The challenge
A global seed company relied on a manual, agency-dependent process to produce product literature, which limited how many products its teams could promote across markets.
We partnered with them to design a self-service literature generator that pulls directly from their single source of product data. Using an AI-assisted design process built around an AI design tool, we put a working experience in front of stakeholders early, so they could react to something real, pressure-test it, and make confident decisions well before a line of production code was written.
Alongside it, we built a living specification that evolved with the experience, keeping design decisions, requirements and implementation details in sync.
